For Patients trying monovision with contact lenses as an option for surgey:
Contact lens fitting available through Dr. Swatts, optometrist. A contact lens fitting fee will be charged. Trial lenses, training for insertion and removal and proper care of contact lenses (if needed), starter lens care kit, and follow-up appointment with Dr. Swatts included. The cost of the fitting is deducted from the surgical fee if surgery is performed.Due to the special nature of these procedures, payment is due one week before your scheduled surgery date. Currently, we do not accept any insurance plans for refractive surgery. We do accept Cash, Personal Checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
