For patients who had LASIK or PRK through Virginia Beach Eye Center:
• • Within one year of original surgery
• • After first year of original surgery, up to second year -- priced per eye
• • After 2 years of original surgery -- priced per eye

For patients who had Lens Surgery—Refractive Lens Exchange, Crystalens™, or Verisyse™ Lens—through Virginia Beach Eye Center:
• LASIK or PRK enhancements available at the following :
• • Within one year of Lens Surgery -- priced per eye
• • After one year of Lens Surgery -- priced per eye
• • For patients who had Refractive Surgery from other facilities -- priced per eye
