Our comprehensive refractive surgery service includes:

• Technical Evaluation
• Physician Pre-Operative Evaluation
• Starter Post-Operative Kit
• Post-operative visits associated with surgery for one year

We also offer Surgical Enhancement within one year of Original Surgery (if needed), for LASIK and PRK only. Due to the special nature of these procedures, payment is due one week before your scheduled surgery date. You can pay by Cash, Personal Checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Currently, we do not accept any insurance plans for refractive surgery.
